How many of you have send an email with the text in the Body: "please see
the attached document" and then send off the email and got the reply back
"Where is the document?!".

What if it was possible to make a rule that checks for centain user-made
key-words like "attachment", and before sending the email Outlook will check
for those key-words and if it finds it, it will display a message "please
make sure that you have attached the file!".

It is possible. See this: http://www.outlookcode.com/codedetail.aspx?id=126
