Create a form for users to query data. (Access 2003)

This is probably going to be pretty elementary stuff, but I don't think I've
done this myself before, so I'm having trouble figuring out how to get
started. What I want to do is to be able to let my users see a form that will
allow them to enter information and click a button that will run a query and
give them data.

In other words, they'll basically be running a query without knowing they
are doing it. This is for users who don't know how to use Access. For
example: A user would be able to select an instructor and get all of the
courses they taught. Or they could select a course title and date and find
out what students were in that class. Or they could type in a students name
and find out what courses they've taken.

Also, I will need the users to be able to do each of those, as well as
several other possible queries. Does that mean I'd have to do a different
form for every single query I want, or is there a more dynamic way of doing
that? For example: Say I want users to be able to provide the Student name
and find out what courses they've learned, but I also want them to be able to
provide the student name, instructor name, and find out what classes that
student has had taught by that instructor... would that have to be two
different forms using two different queries, or is there a more dynamic way
to do that where it will look like one form to users? I appreciate any help
anybody can give me. I'm a bit new to this function, so I am sure my
questions are pretty elementary.

You know what? I actually am remembering now that I've done this before, but
just a long time ago. I could SWEAR I had done this, but really couldn't
remember how. I have to look for my old notes somewhere, so if anybody can
fill me in for now, please do. Otherwise, I think I have all the notes on how
to do this at home.

I'm looking for a way to do this myself, so I'd be happy to hear from someone
with a good advice! :>

Cheers,
Mikael
