create a fixed banner

Hi,
I am new so sorry if this is a stupid question. I am trying to create a
banner that will appear at the top of a page and that will not move even when
scrolled down. I have seen other sites like this and it looks good.

I think it could be possible using inline frames but can't find any settings
to let me do this. Any pointers would be great as well in making the page
look classy.

You would have to use a frameset, File Menu | New | Page | Frameset.

Hi Dave,

There are two method to accomplish:

1. Use a framed page with a top frame.

2. Use a Div that float at the top of the page

Number is the easier of the two to create in FP File | New | Page | Page Template ...
