Create a Calendar as a Form

I want to create a Calendar, based on a table that has an Expired Date field.
So the form (Calendar) that I want to create will automatically show the
expired date in my Calendar as well as other information taken from the same
Table, (company #, company name) for the appropriate expired date in my
calendar.
Does something like this already exist as a template? Please help!!!

Did not get a response yet...

To be more specific, I like that Calendar to look like a wall calendar, just
like the nice one available under PowerPoint (nice blue calendar) that you
could print the whole month.

All expired contract (company # and name) will print to the appropriate
date. I must also be able to enter data myself to a particular date.
