Linking Outlook calendar to MS Access

I am trying to link an employee calendar (Outlook) on our exchange server to
MS Access 2003 database. If I use the link wizard, it imports the calendar
file but fields imported are more "mail" based; not start date, end date,
etc. If I import the calendar as a table, the fields are appropriate for a
calendar. I need to have the table linked.

Any suggestions?
