creat recover discs

trying 2 create recovery discs ,but when i go 2 /start,all programs,/can not
see system recovery line ,can u help

What exactly do you mean "trying to create two RECOVERY disks"? What sort of
"recovery" disks?
if you mean System RESTORE, then it's in Start-All
Programs-Accessories-System Tools
