CRC Error when installing MS Games

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

when I try to install MS 2004 Flt Sim or MS Combat Flt Sim
3 I get an CRC Error message saying media corrupt or not
enough ram or HD space; mismatch with Cab2.cab/msgame.cab
files!!!
Media is GOOD
I have over 200 MRAM available
76% Free HD space for File Swapping
ALL OTHER PC FUCTIONS/SW WORK WELL
Could my W2K load have a missing CAB File????

HOW CAN I CORRECT THIS PROBLEM

CRC is Cyclic Redundancy Check and is an indication of faulty media, it is
usually seen when a compressed
file is corrupted, try cleaning the CD Rom you are loading or it may be that
the CD machine itself is having trouble reading
certain discs.
