Some monitors have two sets of inputs (normally 15-pin D-SUB and 5 BNCs)
like the Nokia and Eizo monitors I'm looking at now. You can select
which input you want to see with a front panel button.
I've never heard of a KVM switch before. On my 2 computer network, one
monitor is dying, one mouse has lost it's scroll wheel, and I hate one of
the keyboards. So a KVM switch might be the best way to go. I'll check it
out.
Yes. You need to purchase a "KVM Switch" which is sold at most computer
supply stores. It allow you use one mouse, one keyboard, and one monitor,
to control two computers.
