Crazy CD-rom

my CD-rom opens by itself without any command as soon as I turn on my PC.
When I close it manually it opens again immediately. What to do.

Does it do that with the data cable disconnected? If so, buy a new
CD-ROM. If not, do a malware scan for RATs (remote access trojans).
