Crashing MS XP Pro

We have a fresh installed of XP Pro on a system and keep
getting the RCP crash gui and a 60 second countdown
before reboot. Possibly while only going to the
yahoo.mail website associated with SBC. Any info about
the RCP thing???

Still no antivirus software? You have the blaster virus.
