Crashing during ASR Wizard backups- XP Professional

Hello!

Since May 18th, every time I use the ASR Wizard to do a
ASR backup, my systems crashes. The report says it is
caused by a divice driver, but they do not know which one.

I rtead Gail's post and Will Denny's answer. However, I
do have Pro and have sucessfully used ASR before!

Has anyone else dealt with this?

You might get a hint of what's going on by looking at your event viewer. If
you are unfamiliar with event viewer, right click on your My Computer icon
or at My Computer on your Start Menu and select Manage. Click on Event
Viewer and review any errors listed. Any system errors listed since May
18th may help lead you in the direction of repairing your problem
