ASR Backups

We use command line switches to control Window's (XP Pro, 2000 Server, 2003
Server) NTBACKUP program (i.e., select full vs. differentials, set name for
backup file, etc.).

Is there any switch (perhaps, undocumented?) that allows an ASR backup to be
scripted. I need to automate this for occassional "bare metal" backups,
but it seems I can only do an ASR using the GUI wizard interface . . .

Microsoft's included XP backup system does not permit a truely "bare
metal" recovery. You need to look at a different backup software.

asrbackup intead of backup allows scheduled ASR backups. This is
undocumented. See
