crashes for no reason

hey all, just update to sp2, eveythings working fine but i can only use my
pc for about 1-2 hrs at a time before it crashes? i have no idea wats doing
it, it has crashed when nothing is open. ive just resintalled evrything and
still the same problem!! can anyone help?? thanx!!
 
It could be over heating. Check to see that all the fans are working.
