There is a specific program on my website that will most likely sort your
problem out for you. It is called "Rename Codecs" and is a free download
from my website. It removes all of the guesswork and potential for making
mistakes. There is also a tutorial on how to use the program, it will take
around one minute to read/view it...you will then be well equipped for the
future. (And you wont have to read pages and pages of advice that amounts
to guesswork)
