Crash Outlook 2000

Hello
My name is Danilo and i have a problem with Windows XP Professional Edition.
When I Start my Oulook 2000 this crash, i have all the updates of microsoft
and i don´t resolve my problem. I understud that the problems may be is my
windows.
I have de SP2 and all Hotfix, but the problem persist. Also i re-install the
office and these don´t resolve this problem.
In the next lines y put the error from the application logs of WinXP.

Does MS Office 2000 have a "Detect and Repair" option under Help Menu
(toolbar)?

Does all Office 2000 applications crash?
If not, Start Excel and run "Detect and Repair".

Otherwise, maybe uninstall Outlook and reinstall!!
