Crash adding to Quick Launch toolbar

I'm getting a crash in Explorer when I try to add anything to the Quick
Launch toolbar.

I've tried both dragging icons from the Start menu to the toolbar and
right-clicking icons and choosing "Add to Quick Launch Toolbar".

Both result in explorer.exe crashing and restarting, and the icon not
being added to the toolbar.

Anyone have any ideas?

What information about this crash do you find in the Problem Reports and
Solutions Center? I'm specifically interested in the fault bucket bucket
data, which this-
