CR-RW "Not Accessible"

After installing SP2 I can no longer burn CD's with NERO.
I uninstalled Nero 6
I uninstalled "drivers"
ReBoots
I can burn using XP's (crude) software.
ReInstall NERO 6 - same problem.
What gives?

didn't have that problem, not sure. uninstall sp2. my nero
kept working tho...
