CPU

Everytime I startup or shutdown my CPU usage is at 100%
percent,this just happened a few days ago and it's weird
because I can't find the problem in my running tasks,I
changed the Paging file several times,ran several test.I
don't know what's going on, I'm runnig on a pentium
3,plus it took me 30-40min to log on to this site when I
have DSL.any clarity whould be appreciated......

I still really new around here, but I see nobody else responded yet.
Although I don't know what exactly is causing your particular situation, I
can point you somewhere that might help. Try doing a search in Google
Groups using 100% CPU and CPU 100%. You'll find over 1 million entries with
the same problem. It will undoubtedly reveal various causes of this
problem, each with a different solution.
