CPU use 99%

When i open outlook, the cpu is correct. In the moment
you click in left one button, the cpu is 99% and it's
resting.
 
What version of Outlook? The reason that I ask is that I remember an
incident where Outlook 2000 (SP3) in Internet Mail Only mode could spike the
processor due to reminders. Microsoft released an update to correct this
issue.
