CPU Usage

My CPU Usage is idling at 100 and i cant get it to go down.

The process that is taking up all the CPU's time is:
DLLHOST.EXE
When it is not that it is:
System Idle Process

I have no clue what to do and am thinking about completely
reformating my computer and loading XP back on to fit it
because it is just that anoying.

Please Help! :)

you may very well have the Welchia Worm virus, if you
have anti virus software I suggest you do a complete scan.

The System Idle Process is exactly what it says - the system is at idle. If
your System Idle Process is 100% it means the CPU is doing nothing, just
waiting on you.

This is likely a virus. Go to http://www.symantec.com/search/ and
search on DLLHOST.EXE

"System Idle Process" is not any problem at all. That's just the
name for what the system is doing when it's not doing anything.
It's there to make the total add up to 100%

That would certainly be overkill.
