CPU Usage Always 100%

Help me,
Task manager shows cpu usage at 100% on task manager display, 96% is used
by NMindexing Service.exe, this has never happened before today, Only thung
I did today was setup Nero Essentials for my cd-dvd burner I did something
with DMA or PMA settings??
1- What is NMindexing Service needed for
2- What is RPC Remote Procedure Call? NMindexing depends on it , for what?
3- Why does 70,80,90% cpu usage switch between NM
and Svchost.exe.?
4-What is Svchost ?
5- Why do these processes run all the time, I see 32 to34 running processes
all the time but they have never taken this much cpu?
6- Why wont my Ad-Aware SE run to check it out?? THanx, Bruce

I think you may have a trojan running in that named process. In any event,
search for it on your computer and see if you can rid yourself of it. All I
can find on Google was scanty:

.. If you are like most, about 60 processes are always running. Leave them
alone unless you know what you are doing.

there is one useless utility by NERO called NERO Scout that HOGS up
that memory... Disable NeroScout and Disablle nmbgserver.exe from
MSConfig and u are done cheers
