My CPU usage is 100% caused by a high spoolsv.exe % in
the task manager. When i end the process my pc returns to
normal working condition. Anyone know what the problem is?

Most of the time that's a problem with the printer driver. First make sure
you have all the updates for Windows XP, then install the latest printer
driver from the manufacturer and see if it resolves the issue.
