CPU Usage = 100%

For the past few weeks my CPU usge is at 100% while
running no processes. This also occurs when I am running
only IE or Outlook. Has anyone experienced this? Any
suggestions? Any solutions? My email is:

You should be able to see what is using all the cpu power
in the task manager...at the process tab.
Make sure you don't have the indexing service checked..my
computer/c:drive/proberties...uncheck the 2 boxes.
