CPU Usage 100%

My computer is running very slow. I look at Task Master
and it shows 55 tasks open and "CPU usage:100%". Any way
to change this situation?

Go to the 'processes' tab, click on CPU twice (once to sort by CPU
usage, one to reverse sort order so top processes at top of list).
What is your top process consuming most CPU time? If you are not
familiar with it so a search and see if it is legit. If not, kill it.
If you can't kill it run your antivirus and malware scanners to see if
it can clean you up.
