I installed AOL 9.0 from a free trial offer disk. Then the
next morning when tried to run another program for work
after about 10mins of "normal" operation I was getting
errors saying "the other application is busy". My limited
computer knowledge found that my cpu usage was topping out
at 100%. I immediately uninstalled AOL, deleted cookies
and temp internet files and even did a disk frag just to
be on the safe side. Still having the problem. Any
suggestions? Oh I've already called AOL support who said
it couldn't be their program if still having problems
after it was uninstalled. Also called Dell support- who
said maybe a virus or worm but my Norton's antivirus
didn't see anything.. HMM.. I really need some help on
this.
