CPU Temp Monitor?

I just had to install a new fan, and heatsync. I was wondering if in the
future, there is a way that I can run some type of diagnosis program, to see
what the temperature of the CPU is, I have Win XP Pro. I've also read that
sometimes there is a diagnostic program that can tell me if the fan is
running and at what RPM's. Where and how can I do that?

also

How can I find out what i need to do to install another monitor, so that I
have 2 monitors working at the sametime. With Win XP Pro, do I need to get a
new video card, or a new "Y" plug adapter? and can I have one regular
monitor, and one flat screen LCD monitor?

Thank You Very Much

sincerely:

Bruce

get the free Everest Home edition from

which is an excellent general System Info tool, and its Computer -
Sensors section will tell you, provided that the sensors are properly
connected up to the motherboard.
