i would like to know why my explorer.exe is using 79% of my CPU
i went to the the resource monitor. and its the explorer that is eating my
cpu.
and also when i turn my computer on and login in. i just get a black screen
and a white cursor it takes about 4mins for my desktop to load. this has
only been happening recently.
is it anything to do with the performance updates????

its Vista Home premium
