When ever I try to use the search in my tool bar nothing comes up but errors on the left frame. I try to directly type in the url in the location box like, http://www.askjeeves.com or http://www.altavista.com, or even http://www.google.com and then the green cPanal appears stating "There is no website configured at this address." No explanation. I am real confused. It appears addresses that I have not visit prior will not show up or the ability to search is not there.

any ideas?

thank you
Tara

Tara, I have been having the exact same problem with
google for the past two or three weeks son, it seems that
www.askjeeves.co.uk and www.altavista.co.uk now work, but
i can only get to google via a link in another site

If anyone does let you know how to get over this, could
you please mail me at (e-mail address removed) (and
remove the NOSPAM!!!))

Thanks

David

Sounds like you have the QHost Trojan

Goto http://www.sarc.com/avcenter/venc/data/trojan.qhosts.removal.tool.html
for a removal tool
Then immediately goto Windowsupdate to get all the latest updates for your
OS (as one of the fixes patches this vulnerability).
