most of the times when i try to connect to a game oline
in counter strike i get disconnected from the internet.
and it cause the others comps on the network to
disconnect to. this problem is happening on my laptop
which runs on windows xp. i have counter-strike on my
other comp which runs on 2000 and everything seems fine.
can anyone tell me why i keep getting disconnected

Sounds like the laptop has a firewall enabled? Is the
laptop connected directly to the hub? or to another
computer? If it is to the hub, try to share the
connection through another computer if no firewall is
present?
