Excel Count Cells That Contain Text With "?"

Hello,

I have lists of names (each for one cell). Some of these are followed by a question mark (e.g. MARK ?).
I am struggling to find the correct formula that finds and counts all cells that contain the "?"

I am aware of the use of tilde for finding question marks (i.e. "~?") but for this specific case it does not work.

Any idea?
