couldn't login win2000 server or NT4 server

Why couldn't I login windows server 2000 or NT4 server with not
administrators group account(like domain user), Can you tell me how I can
do? thanks.

In addition to Dave's reply, why would you want to allow domain users to log
into your servers directly?
