Could someone tell me what these EXE mean

SWPQUIRT.EXE
ERSRTM.EXE
PNPNOTICATION RECEIVER_28A89F8

These issues happen when i try to turn pc on or off.
Since this has been happening my pc has slowed down.
My pc is P 4 CPU 3.20GHz
1Gb Ram.

Help would be great !!!

Maybe viruses or some other type of baddies? Especially as Google has
nothing on them.

The PC slow down seems suspicious too.

Have you done virus and spyware scans?

Hey thnx for the quick reply Stubbo, i have ran these spyware and virus
programs and nothing is showing up. It is quiet baffling.

Its funny since i have been using torrent spy these issues have starting
happening!!

Do believe it could be from that?

I don't know anything about TorrentSpy but youcould try here for help
