hi, i have been told by a friend that i can use the same
serial number twice by phoning up xp and buying a new
license for a serial instead of buying a whole new cd
which would be cheaper, could some1 plz get bk to me on
this one as i am sick of windows me , contact me at

a new licence is about 15% cheaper than the suggested retail price of
Windows XP. you dont really save much.

Although you *can* get a second license this way, the discount is
small, and it's off the list price. It's almost always cheaper to
just buy a second copy from a discount source.
