Hello,

We need a lot more info than given in order to help you....exactly what was the
file type you were trying to import and exactly what is the error message for
starters....followed by, what is the origin of the avi file...did you make it?
if so what program did you make it with?

Hello,

Some JPeg images (dependent of what type and what program made them) cause MM a
problem. The solution is to convert them to a BMP images thereby completely
side stepping the issue.
