could not find an editor for H(.) files

I'm trying to set my signature up with a logo but when I hit advanced edit I
get the following message - Could not find an editor for HTML (.htm) files.
Word 03 and outlook 03
 
apparently, you do not have an editor configured for HTML files. locate an
html file on your hard drive and right click, choosing Edit from the menu -
does it open in an editor or ask you to select one?
