"could not find a web server at localhost on port 80"

Dear Front Pagers,
I get the above message when I try to open my webpage
on Front Page. I recently installed Zone Alarm and also
had some unknown programs removed from my computer. Could
an important program have been removed or could it be
blocked by Zone alarm?
In order to access my page, I tried to import it from
the web, but when I made changes, it would not let me
publish the changes while the website was open.
I would appreciate your help!

Yes, Zone Alarm can and does block access to Port 80
