costomizing shortcuts on desktop

possible for each user to customize the shortcuts on his

Yes, place such user-specific items in the C:\DOCUMENTS AND
SETTINGS\{userame}\DESKTOP folder where you keep those icons which you
want to have available in alle accounts in C:\DOCUMENTS AND
SETTINGS\ALL USERS\DESKTOP.
