There's only four main possibilities.

Wrong settings. It looks to me like you're running in 256 color mode
only. I can't really tell since image is reduced. Try changing your
color depth.

Bad or no video driver

Bad video card

or

bad RAM.

Looking at this, it seems you may have a resource conflict or maybe a
driver isn't installed. What are does your device manager say?

What card is is slot #6? PCI slots are numbered from the inside (1),
outward.

PS: Do you really have 6 PCI slots? It's a high number for a desktop
PC.

PCI "slots" are not all physical PCI card slots when there are imbedded
PCI devices on the system board, the imbedded PCI devices occupy and are
enumerated as PCI "slots" too.

Try running MSINFO32, and check for conflicts and IRQs under Hardware
Resources.
You can also open the case, and determine what is in PCI Slot 6.

This would point toward hardware failure of some kind.

still how can I check you questions ??

THe quickest way to the device manager is

Windows logo key + Pause

Select the "hardware" tab and click on "device manager"

Look for any yellow exclamition marks, red Xes or yellow question
marks.

It won't hurt to crack open the case to check what's in slot 6.
