Corrupted Internet 6.0 program

When I upgraded my OS to XP, IE 6.0 became corrupted. As a
result, I cannot uninstall it, nor download an uncorrupted
copy because the corrupted program files still exist. How
can I remove or uninstall IE 6.0 in order to download 6.1?

Hi Rita,
There is no such thing as IE6.01, but you could download the full installer
of IE6 from:
http://browsers.evolt.org/?ie/32bit
http://www.greenapple.com/access/software/custom-browsers/
http://www.greenapple.com/access/software/custom-browsers/
