Corrupted File

Hi Everyone,
I have been working on an excel file with vba for a month. Everything was
fine last night but today when I try to open it I am told that the file is
corrupted and when the file is recovered I lose everything. Is there anyway
to at least be able to copy the code that I have used. Any help is
appreciated.
