I am having problems opening e-mail attachments, keep getting "corrpted file"
message. This is happenening more and more often lately. Is there a cache
file I need to clear? I can open the same file on my Blackberry, just not my
laptop. Anyone have an idea? Thanks in advance.

Look for files in subdirectories beginning with "OLK" such as "OLK239" or
"OLK1A2" (randomly generated names) on the computer in question.

C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\OLK*

Outlook creates files in this directory when an attachment is opened while
it is still attached to the e-mail message.

In order to see this subdirectory you may need to open a MS-DOS prompt
window by going to [Start] > "Run" and typing in "cmd" (without the quotes).

Good luck!

In order to see this subdirectory you may need to open a MS-DOS prompt
window by going to [Start] > "Run" and typing in "cmd" (without the
quotes).

That's one way, but Windows Explorer will also show you the contents of the
folder if you enter its exact name into the Address bar. You can't browse
to it, but you can open it.
