corrupt pst file

I cannot access any email in Outlook 2000. I just read in another post that
..pst files over 2 gigabytes become corrupted. This appears to be what
happened to mine as it is over 2 gigabytes, I cannot copy it to another
location, and the Inbox Repair Tool does not work.
Is there anything I can do?
