Corrupt pst file on Outlook 2003. Scanpst.exe not available on XP.

I have a pst file which fails to open and error message recommends and gives
details of how to run scanpst.exe.
It is on present on my XP machine and there doesn't seem to be a download
from MS

Should be installed, try \Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033 if
working on an english system.
