Corrupt PST File in MS Outlook 2000

I'm getting the following error when trying to access an
folder from MS Outlook 2000:

Errors have been detected in the file: C:\WINDOWS\Local
Settings\Application\Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst.
Quit all email-enabled applications, and then use the
Inbox Repair Tool.

PS - Unfortunately, I do not have the Microsoft Office
2000 disc (mis-placed it in my recent move) which is
seemingly required to run the Inbox Repair Tool.

Any suggestion's?

C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\<locale ID>

The disk is not required. The Inbox Repair Tool is installed with Office.
Search for scanpst.exe
