J James Nov 18, 2008 #3 I have found the only way to delete a undeleteable message is to delete windows mail do a backup of your files, goto the store folder delete everything, then re-open windows mail The program is required to operate vista so it will automatically repair iteslf then just import your messages and the glitch is gone
