Hi,
I'm having an issue with the 2003 PPT Viewer. I can create, save and reopen
files using PPT 2000 no problem. Occasionally, when trying to open these
same files using 2003 PPT viewer, I get a "This file is corrupt..." message,
and it wil not open at all. If I next try to re-open the same file with PPT
2000, it opens fine. I can't pin down when a file won't work with the PPT
Viewer, but it always works fine with PPT 2000! Any ideas?? Thansks, Bryan
L.

Apply all the Office service packs and upgrades. The problem should
resolve.

Thanks, Bill, I will check on the upgrade and SP status. Do you know of any
known issues that would cause this problem, like a particular type of image.
We don't use any animations. BL
