Corrupt local user profiles

I am starting to have issues with local user profiles. The norma
complaint is extremely slow pc response. NIC's are fine. Their is n
spyware present. Ran SPYBOT and Ad-aware. Vdefs are up to date. Ther
are no common points between the users. Some are on different networks
domain, subnets, and some on opposite side of the country. the onl
thing is their proflies are 29 - 120 Megs in size.

If I delete the local user profile the users issues are resolved. An
