I loaded xp home w/sp1 full verion out of the box on a
new hd. I had no errors or problems in the load. I have
loaded nothing but mcafee virus scan 7.0, ISP software
and downloaded all critical xp updates. I downloaded the
critical firewall update from 3.0 to 3.3 and when it
unpacked it said there is a corrupt cabinet file and did
not load. Is there anything/what should I do?

Thanx,
Tim

I had problems with corrupted .CAB files and I kept
crashing until i finally got a recommendation to test my
RAM modules. apparently, one of my RAM modules was
corrupted, and so I had to replace it to solve my
problems.
