Hello!

What I meant was...to install Win98SE on ANOTHER physical disk after I
already got one in the system-NTFS-Win XP.

Why would u want to use windows 98 after using xp.

and u cannot install 98 from xp
u will have to go the other way i.e. install 98 first and then install xp.
