Correcting a message already sent to OUTBOX

I sent a message about this problem several months ago. I was given a
WORKAROUND and that works. However, it is "KLUGEY". I have several customers
that have complained about the same problem and they are not as patient as
they used to be. I am losing credibility when recommending M/S software to
them.
The problem is when I compose a message and send it, then go to the OUTBOX
and review it OR change it. I click on send again and then send and receive.
The message does not go out. This has worked on several generations of M/S
OUTLOOK. but does no longer. I have used the OUTLOOK Troubleshooter and it
tells me to do exactly what I have done.

I am using OUTLOOK2003. I sincerely hope you will fix this BUG.

Thanks

The Outbox is for sending, not storing. That is what the Draft folder is
for. Users should be saving messages they do not intend to send right away
to the drafts folder rather than selecting to send them.
