I sent a message about this problem several months ago. I was given a
WORKAROUND and that works. However, it is "KLUGEY". I have several customers
that have complained about the same problem and they are not as patient as
they used to be. I am losing credibility when recommending M/S software to
them.
The problem is when I compose a message and send it, then go to the OUTBOX
and review it OR change it. I click on send again and then send and receive.
The message does not go out. This has worked on several generations of M/S
OUTLOOK. but does no longer. I have used the OUTLOOK Troubleshooter and it
tells me to do exactly what I have done.
I am using OUTLOOK2003. I sincerely hope you will fix this BUG.
Thanks
